Gutenberg testing

Computer and mobile

This website stuff can be hard – hard to tear myself away from, that is. I never stop learning – there’s just so much ‘stuff’ to learn!

And when you still have family to cater to, in a variety of ways, it can be downright frustrating. Don’t get me wrong, I love my family to bits….but there just aren’t enough hours in the day to do it all. Where is that house elf when I need him/her? A clone, now, that’s what I really need.

I find myself wavering regarding the whole page builders debate. Now that WordPress are working on Gutenberg, which looks to me like it’s going to be a page builder, I wonder at what point I should jump in. I’ll definitely be setting time aside to learn more, even if I don’t leap right in straight away –  just in case there are bugs to be worked out. But I do want to keep myself informed. Elementor has been the page builder I’ve used, and it certainly has a lot going for it. I’ve only used the free version so far, but there’s a pro version available.

I’ve just switched my website over to use the Astra theme. Have a look over some of my examples to see the different styles that can be achieved. The LCA Trade Fusion site was built with Elementor & Generate Press.

Get in touch if you’re curious about what I can help you with. I may even start sharing some old favourite recipes here, because, well, why not?
